2021 Reserve Pinot NoirThe Pinot Noir grapes were grown in our estate vineyards black soils. The vineyard is completely managed by hand and yields were dropped to 1. 5 tons acre. Then hand picked 2 weeks later than other area growers to get the full ripeness. These ultra premium grapes led to a very concentrated velvety and perfumey wine. The best barrels were chosen to make a reserve wine aged 24 months in all French oak barrels from the best cooperages of France. 13. 7%

The soils are excellent for coaxing power and intensity into the fruit

5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Malbec and achieving an alcohol level of 14

25% Merlot and 3% Malbec aged 18 months in French&American Oak barrels all from Estate grapes

We were able to hang the fruit for excellent ripeness without fear of breakdown
